Master Managing Times of Uncertainty
It’s not easy to remain positive and strong in the midst of an unprecedented life changing event like a global pandemic. However, it’s important to keep the things that you have control over in mind, including:
1. Work through overly thinking by challenging negative thoughts and replacing them with positive ones
2. Focus on preventative measures that you can take and act on the things that you have control over
3. Acknowledge the things that you can’t control and release them
4. Find comfort in the Serenity Prayer
5. Take care of yourself6. Restrict exposure to news. Pay attention to your reaction to news updates and regulate your consumption.
Taking one moment and day at a time helps too. Brighter and happier times are ahead.
